Communication:
Excellent communication process is sometimes regarded as one of the main advantages of software outsourcing. We do understand that effective communication with customers is essential to clear understanding of his/her needs and therefore to delivering the high quality services that would satisfy our customers' expectations.
All communications on the project can be done in English. Most of our staffs are fluent in English, and if anybody has any difficulties in communication, we have language specialist to help them. And all the related documentations are written in English. |
